Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in closing deals and leading teams? Do you have a knack for international sales and a deep understanding of digital marketing? We are looking for a skilled Team Lead/International Sales Closer to supervise our high-performing call center team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate: Supervise and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed their targets.
- Sales Closing: Utilize your exceptional sales skills to close international deals, with a focus on digital marketing campaigns.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to your team, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Negotiation: Apply your strong negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term client relationships.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales service role, preferably in digital marketing campaigns.
- Sales Expertise: Impeccable experience in a sales call center environment with a strong ability to close deals.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English communication.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a significant advantage.
- Availability: Must not be enrolled in any educational curriculum or involved in any full/part-time job.
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation principles.
